Kevonia Adamson
Founder
Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, she discovered her passion for community service and servant leadership in high school while volunteering for YouthServe Birmingham. She continued her service work well into college while attending Berea College as a Bonner Scholar and working in CELTS, the Center for Excellence in Learning Through Service. During these years, she developed a close relationship with her mentor and adopted grandfather, who was born blind, and at that time, a retired professor from Berea’s African American studies department; his mentorship ignited her passion for diversity, inclusivity, and disability awareness.
In 2009 her daughter, Brenlei, was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The diagnosis was overwhelming, but this fight made them stronger and awakened a desire of advocacy and awareness for others. Right after college, Kevonia stepped into the nonprofit world by serving as an Americorps member at the YWCA of Central Alabama for three years. She is a published children’s book author, creative content creator, and small business entrepreneur who enjoys empowering others by helping them build their small businesses. Her personal motto is: “The Best is Yet to Come!”

I'm a mother of one daughter and nurturer of many others. I have found my passions and life's work through the people I hold dearest to my heart. I am a dreamer chasing after the dreams of others with hopes of creating them in reality. With consistency and a lot of passion, I am sharing a space for others to witness my growth and have the opportunity to join me. This company is unlike others because it provides a solid foundation of where you want to begin based on who you are and what you would like to accomplish. I am savvy in interpersonal communications, emotional intelligence, compassionate listening, social media networking, website building, and servant leadership.
